A deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable in full 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival the full amount is due and payable at the time of the booking.
If notice of cancellation is received in writing 21 days or more prior to arrival date a full refund will be offered However, Refunds will not be given for cancellations on Friday or Saturday night bookings during the ski season, unless the No snow Guarantee applies.
Educational School groups:
To confirm any quotation or arrangement, a non refundable deposit of $25.00 per student is required. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
All costs advertised are based on 40 paying students allowing 5 staff complimentary. Prices may be altered at the discretion of the Mountain View for any reason. All prices are subject to availability and bedding configurations.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
